Credentials did not work at PIP starting

Hello guys,
When I start an automation by PIP mode, it could not pass the verification of credential(PIN or Fingerprint). Could you please give me some advice, Thanks a lot.

Did you provide the right set of credentials…?They are basically the login credentials for windows

Yes, it did not work after input right PIN or press finger.

• It could be because you are using a PIN to log into the main Windows session. In this case, you will be asked for your credentials every time you start a Picture-in-Picture session because the PiP session relies on the Username and Password combination to start a new separate session on your machine. As the PIN is different from the Password, the login fails

I could not find any hint I should do when [Your credentials did not work] window appeared. Appreciate if you kindly give more advice.

Hi @xintenchi Sounds like for the first time only it asks for pin. Later, you have to provide your credentials. Just want to confirm,are you doing the same?

Hi, @ushu thanks for your kindly reply.
For could not pass the popup windows of credentials, I have never run PIP(type: new session) successfully.
By the way, the following is the policy of my computer:
