We have moved one of our processes to using Integrated Services for Outlook. We are trying to add the process to Orchestrator, we complete all the relevant information but when we click create we just get the below.
As we have only recently started using integrated services, the second screen is new to me. But we believe it is filled out correctly the only thing that’s strange is the below line, we cannot remove it so not sure if that is the issue or not
The part in screenshot is not the issue…in the second screen you would see a line for integration services as well…you need to link the account there…try that and check
So we believed we need to make all the settings where as in actual fact we just needed to leave it set to “Configurable by users” and have the worksflow use its settings.
