Not able to find my process while creating trigger

Hi All,

I want to create an auto trigger for salesforce on UiPath , I am able to connect successfully to salesforce through orchestrator but I am not able to see my process while creating a trigger on the integration services page. Though my process in published and can be seen on the orchestrator, Please can any one tell me what could be the reason of the process not being displayed under process tab in integration service triggers page

It is available under process
but cannot be seen here
on the below page

Hi @ritika.singh,

what version of Orch. you are using? Also please check on the folder level access.

Thanks

Version 22.1.28-release.14

Hi!

If you not able to see the process in orchestrator after published.

if you are using the lower version of orchestrator we need to add that process manually for that follow the below steps:

Workflow Folder->Automations->Processes->Add processes->Package source name(Here you can see the published process)->Next->Display name->Create

NaNi

I am able to see it on the orchestrator can execute it also unattended way but while trying to find it on integration services page under triggers I cannot find , have attached few screenshots also for refernce

Hi @ritika.singh ,

Check the below Documentation :

Let us know if you are still facing issues.

I am able to create a connection to salesforce successfully the only issue is why my process is not being listed in the dropdown while creating triggers

I have all the prerequisites that you have mentioned but still can’t see the process in the trigger design tab

Hi!

I can able to see the process in trigger. Have you established the connection with salesforce?

Regards,
NaNi

yes I have

Hi!

Thanks for the confirmation.

Could you please delete the processes which you have already published and re publish the project to orchestrator and now check.

I think this time you’ll see the process in API

NaNi

Can you please tell me the role assigned to you &the folder , tenant permissions that you have for it.

Hi!

NaNi

Can you tell me the permissions that you have

Hi!

What kind of permissions are you talking about?

Regards,
NaNi

As a automation user what permissions do you have I too will check the same for my profile , if something is missing due to which I am not able to see the process name on the trigger page

Classic folders do not support modern user identity paradigm. Therefore, connections and triggers are not supported in general.

Hi @jhasid30
what is the modern user identity paradigm? Is it modern behaviour??
