Unable to Publish Web Apps Project

We have Web App Built in Studio Web.
When Trying to Publish it generates the error displayed in the below attached image.

Steps to Publish -
Open the Web App in Studio Web
Then Click on Publish.
It shows that -
Project Name and Location Orchestrator Tenant Processes Feed, and Version.
Then we click on Publish.

Observed Behavior -
After Clicking on Publish It just keep on loading for 1-2 minutes and Then Produces an Operational Error.

Expected Behavior -
The Project should get published successfully in the Folder and we should be able to run it from Orchestrator.

Thank you. Please help me resolve me this error asap.

Welcome to UiPath!

Ensure you have a stable internet connection and verify that your Orchestrator credentials (URL and login) are correct. Clear your browser cache or use an incognito window to eliminate stored data issues. Check that the Orchestrator Tenant Processes Feed is properly configured and accessible. Log out and back into UiPath Studio Web to refresh your session, and ensure you’re using the latest version of Studio.

It looks like more of Web Studio issue which we as user don’t have much control or access to.

I would suggest to raise this with UiPath Support Portal if you are on Enterprise license.

Could you confirm the following

  1. Are you able to publish other apps or this one only
  2. Which environment is this
  3. Could you send me a DM in forum with your email ID, so we can plan session
  4. Also could you attach App file
