Creating custom packages

Hi
Has anyone created a dll file and used it as a customized activity in UiPath?

As far as my understanding is correct, we need to create a dll file with all the code written and have it packaged to .nupkg format through Nuget package explorer which would be used as a activity.

Since I am new to UiPath and have no prior experience in .Net , I am facing some issues with the dll creation.
If anyone has worked on it then kindly advise on the same. If possible, request you to share any sample basic dll file as well.
