Create Document Validation Action: You are not authorized

Hey Guys,

I’m trying to create a document validation action but during execution I get the error message: Create Document Validation Action: You are not authorized!

I already tried to change the Roles-Settings (I have assigned the following rights to my robot: Action Assignment, Action Catalog, Actions)

Can you please help me to fix this problem?

For document validation actions, could you please confirm you have the following permissions?

Yes, I set the following permissions for my Robot:

But it still doesn’t work unfourtunatley. Apart from that I didn’t change any permission settings.

Do you have another idea why it doesn’t work?

Hi Sussana,
Sorry for the late answer, as we are looking into this.
What kind of Robot do you use for this automation? Only Unattended robots are able to run Long Running activities, such as Create Document Validation Action.
If this doesn’t help, we will come back with a solution.
