Create Document Validation Action: You are not authorized! - Files still writing to storage bucket

Hi All,

Getting the following error: “Create Document Validation Action: You are not authorized!”

Not too sure what the issue really is, as I’ve updated the ‘Robot’ permissions.

The other strange factor is that it is still putting the files in the Storage Bucket

Any ideas what might be causing the issue?

Good news… found the issue and it was a simple one.

The process was trying to redirect to my personal workspace rather than the specified folder.
Also the Bucket Directory Path was incomplete.

I had left it as ‘Shared’ rather than "Shared\Concerto Storage"
