Could Not Start Executor - Remote Desktop

We’re getting a message, “Could not start executor. A required privilege is not held by the client. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070522)” when trying to run a process on a remote desktop.

The process works flawlessly on local machines but won’t run on Remote Desktop, which we have connected to Orchestrator.

The machine in Orchestrator is correct, as well as the login Domain\UserName, and password for the robot.

Also, when we log onto the Remote Desktop and run it locally from the UiPath Robot we are getting an error that A required privilege is not held by the client.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

Can you try to restart the PC? Also if that doesn’t work, try this:

I’m having the same issue and none of that seems to work, any new ideas?

Edit: I can create a new file in the folder it’s complaining about and it’s running as me, what is going on?

What resolved the access issue was to update the UiPath Robot Services on the remote desktop to use the Local System Account.
