we are getting below error

please help us to solve this issue

@harish.bojji,

It seems the credentials are incorrect to login into the machine. Bot is not able to make connection with machine with the configured credentials in Orchestrator.

Try correcting it.

we updated the new password at the robot level and orchestrator level as well but we are still getting the error
