Could not find a part of the path error, need help

Hi Guys,
my client is running a bot from her end and keep getting this error ‘could not find a part of the path’, i checked the file path of the excel sheet, it’s the same from her end and the one in UiPath. not sure what happened to cause this error.
another client run this process on his machine and seems to be fine.
please let me know if you know any method to fix this.

  1. Check for any special characters
  2. Check if the part access is there to the user where it is failing

thanks, the client re-mapped the shared drive and seems to be working now.
