Copy and Paste a file from the Citrix downloads folder to Local downloads folder

For a process we are using the copy and paste functionality. It was working fine, but last week it stopped working and we cannot find a workaround for this.
Already tried the copy file activity and send mail, but we can’t access the folder in these ways.

Does someone know if there are some settings that could be changed on the VM, etc.?

You need to createa shared drive from citrix to local machine and cna use that to place the files or move from citrix to local or viceversa

  1. Check you are able to access downloads Folder.
  2. While Download you can directly give path of Shared Drive( Need to change Default download path Settings in Browser)

We found out, that a checkbox on the VM was turned off. After checking this, it was working again.
