Copy an e-mail from Outlook to a folder on a computer

Greetings,

How do you copy an e-mail from Outlook to a folder on a computer?

Example:-
Go to the Outlook inbox and copy an e-mail, let’s say the e-mail’s subject is “My Message”
Paste it to a computer folder - C:\My folder\My message.msg
