Connectivty to exchange server, imap, pop3 or smtp not working

I am not able to connect to any of the email method (except outlook).

We use office365 and tried all the above 4 methods are not working for us.

For imap, smtp and pop3 the get/send operation just times out

we used the url from the page

for exchange - its not recognizing the office365 exchange server “

Any help would be appreciated


see with your IT if you may have some firewall blocking the requests…

there are no firewall blocks on any of those protocols.

then you may have the wrong server information…

Found the correct url for exchange” and that seems to be working.

Still trying to figure the other ones - smtp/pop/imap for office365

Check if they have been disabled.
