Connection between Uipath test manager and devops

i have established a connection between Devops and test manager

in UiPath test case execution results are shown but not in devops ? what can be the reason ?

API or Permissions Issue

result publishing is enabled and mapped to DevOps work items.

or Many times, re-establishing the integration from the Integration tab fixes mapping and result publishing issues.

okk have you used Test Manager Connect instead of just the basic connection?
