i have established connection between devops and UiPath test manager . when i execute my program the test result are displayed in test manager but in devops it reflects only 1 time in a day no matter how many times i execute and sometimes Test execution results are not displayed at all in devops . what should i do to rectify this issue .this is the connection what i have established

and this connection wont work ?
