Connecting to queue issue

Hi, Im new to UIpath. I’m trying to create a new queue in Orchestrator but keep getting an error that “Add Queue Item: Orchestrator information is not available. Please check if UiPath Robot Service is started.” My robot is enabled but still im getting this. Can anyone help? below are the screenshots for further analysis. Thanks

Add Queue Item activity does’t create a new queue ; it’s create a new transaction data with status = “New” in specified queue.
To create a new queue, you have to create on Orchestrator manually, or using API

Can you confirm that you have created a Queue in Orchestrator before trying to add a new item to it?
