Hi, Is it possible to connect one robot to multiple tenants? We would like to optimize the capacity utilization of our back office robots, but we would need to also fulfill some compliance concerns - segregated accesses, assets, etc. - for business operators, thus we were thinking to use the same robots across tenants.
Is it possible from licencing and technical configuration point of view?

It is not possible to allocate the same license or Robot to multiple tenants.
If you want to optimize the utilization of your robot you can go-ahead with the folders.
Each folder type has different Orchestrator resources (e.g. Processes, Jobs, Assets) that reside within each specific folder. There are also global resources that are created at tenant level and are available across all folders of either type:
