Can someone please help me on how we can connect to MS Exchange Server to retrieve email to MS Excel through backend to execute power query on the extract list of emails?

Manual procedure to export email to Excel:

  1. Open MS Excel
  2. Click on Data ->Get Data-> From Other Sources → From Microsoft Exchange
  3. Input your Microsoft exchange server email address
  4. Select Microsoft account tab and sign-in to your microsoft exchange server using your MS exchange server credentials and click on connect.
  5. Select Mails & click on Load to load all emails to excel.
  6. Now execute power query on list of email to fetch required information from specific emails.

Attaching screenshots for reference.

Thanks & Regards,
