Configure error message in form extractor?

while iam using the form extractor i could not able to digitize pdf document why this is coming please check the attachment of screenshot

Please Change the Ocr engine use teseract or UiPath document ocr

Both ocr i testing even though its not working same error is coming

If you are using UiPath document ocr please provide the api key avaliable in your cloud account
or
Please change the pdf

after updating the packages iam getting this this error again

This version of the OCR.Activities package is incompatible with UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities older than v6.20.0, UiPath.PDF.Activities older than v3.20.0, UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities older than v1.29.0, UiPath.OmniPage.Activities older than v1.20.0

Remove UiPath.IntelligentOCR.[[Activities] and UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.[[Activities] packages and reinstall that packages and put them in Lowest applicable version
