Computer Visioning server cannot reach/no respond

So i am trying to use CV activities on client’s VM. I keep getting these error “Response from server is not valid” and “server could not be reached”. I could run the same activity in my computer and my VM. I also tried using ping command in command prompt to make sure it’s not a firewall blocking the access and was able to get responses from the website. I am confused as to why i am not able to connect to CV with one specific user. Is there any windows setting that might cause the issue?
