You can define roles and assign permissions to control access to entities and fields.
Additionally, you can use field-level encryption to encrypt sensitive data fields.

There are a number of things you can do to secure sensitive data in UiPath Data services and ensure compliance with data protection regulations:
- Use encryption. UiPath Data services supports encryption at rest and in transit. This means that your data is encrypted when it is stored in the database and when it is being transmitted between your application and the database.
- Use role-based access control (RBAC). RBAC allows you to control who has access to which data. You can create roles and assign users to those roles. You can then grant or deny access to data based on the user’s role.
- Use audit logging. Audit logging allows you to track who has accessed your data and what they have done with it. This information can be used to investigate security incidents and ensure compliance with regulations
