Comparing Two Free Text Addresses using AI / ML

Has anyone successfully used any form of AI or ML (ideally using Azure) within UiPath to accurately check if two free text addresses are the same or not?

Example in OpenAI ChatGPT of what I would like to achieve within a UiPath process:

Yes, as I said I’m looking for a solution using Azure if possible. We don’t have access to ChatGPT API
