Current behavior: My apologies for the redundant post…I tried raising a ticket with the support team but they said that it’s a community edition and therefore don’t provide support on this and I should post to the forum.
I’m unable to renew my community licence via https://www.uipath.com/renew-community-license. I get the following message: “Thank you for submitting the form. Your license has been updated, please restart UiPath Studio Community.”. I’ve deleted the UiPath folders in AppData Local and Roaming and a new UiPath folder was created in each of these folders with the current timestamp. I also deleted the UiPath folder in ProgramData but a new one was not created. When I start UiPath again, I enter my email address and click Activate. I get an activation error 0 with a licence status of “Device ID already activated”
