Communications Mining allowed folders not working

Hi all,

I am trying to use Communications Mining but no data is appearing. I have a mailbox folder which contains e-mails, it is called “Comm_Min”. I would like to only use this folder. I have set an integration with the mailbox. And I have used the following “allowed folders”:

Whatever I try, I can’t seem to get any e-mails in the dataset. I have used the correct bucket and source. The documentation about this is very scarce and I can’t seem to find a good example on how to do this. Does anyone know how I would be able to actually use only 1 e-mail folder and get this data into the dataset? Thanks!

I eventually solved it by looking in the JSON data from a Communications Mining message and found it was in my own language, Dutch:

I tried to use “/ root / Bovenste map van gegevensarchief / Comm_Min” and it worked. This was not made clear in Communications Mining and I can imagine a lot of people will struggle with this.
