We are working on integrating Salesforce with Communication Mining and have followed the steps outlined in the documentation. We successfully created a Connected App in Salesforce and obtained the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret values.

However, during the OAuth2 Authentication step, the instructions indicate navigating to the URL:
https://<mydomain>.reinfer.io/integrations/<project-name>/<integration-name>/oauth2/authenticate.

We are unclear about how to determine the integration name for this URL.

Could you confirm if we need to first create the integration in the Communication Mining settings? If so, could you provide guidance on how to set up this integration in Communication Mining?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

looks like you need to contact support…they would set the integration and provide details

I’m actually running into the same issue and was wondering the exact same thing about how to determine the <project-name> and <integration-name> in the URL structure from Communication Mining.

Were you able to set up the integration on the Communication Mining side first? If yes, could you share a bit more on where exactly to create or find those values?
