Position: UiPath Developer - Healthcare

Role Description:
We are seeking a talented UiPath Developer to join our healthcare office team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in UiPath’s Robotic Process
Automation (RPA) platform to design, develop, and implement automation solutions tailored to streamline administrative processes in a healthcare setting. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, data accuracy, and patient care quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience in healthcare administration may be considered.
2. Proven experience as a UiPath Developer or similar role, with a strong track record of implementing automation solutions in a healthcare or related environment.
3. Deep understanding of healthcare administrative processes, regulations (such as HIPAA), and compliance requirements.​
4. Proficiency in UiPath Studio and familiarity with developing automation workflows specific to healthcare operations.
5. Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python, with the ability to customize automation scripts as needed.
6. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and technical teams.
8. UiPath certification(s) and prior experience working with healthcare systems and applications are preferred.

Job Responsibiilty

1. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to understand workflow challenges and identify opportunities for process
   automation.
2. Develop and deploy UiPath robots to automate routine tasks such as patient data entry, appointment scheduling, billing processes, and insurance claims processing.
3. Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to verify accuracy, reliability, and performance in a healthcare environment.
5. Integrate UiPath automation solutions with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and other healthcare applications.
6. Provide training and support to end- users on utilizing automated processes and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
7. Document technical specifications, process workflows, and automation configurations for reference and compliance purposes.
8. Stay informed about advancements in RPA technology and healthcare industry trends to continuously improve automation solutions.
