What you’ll do at UiPath
• Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities
• Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer and course
trainer as assigned and/or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments.
• Engage with clients in both technical pre- and post-sales activities to ensure
successful adoption of UiPath
• Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process
definition documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD)
• Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well
structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as
an automated solution.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows and create
reusable components.
• Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best
solutioning
• Learn and utilize new exciting technologies and how they integrate with UiPath
• Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to
expand the UiPath ecosystem
• Help gather project requirements for integration with partner products
• Provide support to internal teams, customers and partners’ Implementation teams
throughout their project implementation phase
• Develop workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs
• Implement internal automations in order to improve the business processes used
throughout the company
• Deliver online and onsite trainings to customers
• Document solutions and maintain best practices
• Remain up to date on product releases, roadmap and act on them (from product to
customers - education, from customers to product - feedback and feature requests)
• Citizenship – Australian (and open to get Security clearance for Government
engagements)
• Location – Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney
What you’ll bring to the team
• 2 - 3 years of experience in delivery of RPA implementations working through E2E
lifecycle – Design, Build, Test and Support
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or
Python preferred)
• UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification
• Previous experience working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism,
OpenSpan is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/
Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open source DB
• Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
• Strong experience in software delivery using AGILE methodology
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• External customer-facing management experience a plus (including partners,
vendors) adoption
