How to resolve when below errors are obtained ? Cloud migration tool error 604 or Authorization failed, please verify external application configuration and user permissions (403)

  • 604 error occurs due to typing mistake or providing incorrect details in UiPath cloud migration tool.
  • 403 error indicates the credentials are not accepting for the given tenant on the Orchestrator.

Resolution: Verify

  • if URL is correctly accessible from browser
  • the admin creds are working for the URL
  • the tenant name.
If yes for all above, then it should be possible to login on that tenant with admin credentials.
