Me and my team are unable to log in to Orchestrator or Sign in the studio. We are getting the following error message. We are usually able to log in via Azure SSO.
Note: I cannot open a technical support ticket since I am not privy to our enterprise license code and our manager works on a different time zone.
Is your AD available and running?
Yes, Internally everything is okay, we are using Azure SSO. Having attempted to log in through incognito mode, every step works until reaching the UiPath Orchestrator.
If the infra is accessible you can just check some logs…
No solution found, marking for closure. We are still attempting to contact support.
Edit: Per UiPath support team and for future reference. If you are getting this error it might be related to the AAD secret being expired.
