Click and drag an age slider

When i click and drag the age slider from 19 to 22 , it goes to 23…when i play with the offsetX and Y, it changes drastically…how to fix this?

Can you show me how you configured the offsets for this… a screenshot of all properties would be ideal

i dint set any as it was changing drastically
