Click activity error

i am trying to use “Click Activity” for clicking on login page where we type user name,
i am getting this following error.

Hey Vinod,If you are working on Chrome/Firefox,try re-adding the UiPath Extension on your browser.

Error Code: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component

Give us more details please, maybe a workflow too so that we can try to reproduce
