I am working on a process where I need to compare the value from a CSV cell with the value on an application I access from Citrix, if the values match, which they should, the bot will click on the value field to proceed to the next step. I used Click OCR Text but for some reason, the bot does not recognize the value and the process crashes. I also tried using the Native Citrix Recording toolbar but was not able to get this task to work.
