Chrome Extension randomly not working

After the UiPath is upgrade to 2022.10.10, we installed the Chrome Extension with Group policy which is working normal. However, in some of the unattended PC, the process will randomly occurs the error “Open Browser: Cannot communicate with the browser, please check the UiPath extension.”. And it will resume normal after remoting to the PC.

Is there any suggestion on it ? I have tried to re-install the Chrome Extension or even the whole UiPath Studio/ Assistant.

Hi @Hugo_Pang

→ First try to remove and add the UiPath extension in Chrome extensions.
→ Then Go to UiPath Studio → Go to Home Page → Click on Tools → UiPath Extensions → Uninstall the Chrome extension → Close UiPath Studio → Restart System → Install the Chrome extension in UiPath Studio again.

Try the above approach, check it once.

Seems many others have faced the same issue but there is no solid solution on it.

Yes @Hugo_Pang many are facing the same issues now, by doing uninstall and installing chrome in studio works for some persons.
