Chrome Extension Enable Incognito Using GPO

Is it possible to update the extension settings to allow Incognito and file access for multiple machines?

Issue Description: How to enable Incognito mode and file access for the extension on a larger scale for multiple machines?

Root Cause: Extensions are not allowed to be enforced by the administrators in Incognito, where as users can individually enable extensions in Incognito mode.

Resolution:

This option is not available from the installer nor from the SetupExtensions parameters.

This limitation is intentionally imposed by Google. Unfortunately, there is not a GPO for this. The user needs to manually allow an extension to run in incognito mode.

However, as an alternative, automate this by using a Robot to open chrome://extensions in the browser, click on extension Details and toggle the needed option.
