The version of uipath.excel.activities is 2.11.3

The issue will be fixed in the Excel activity package 2.11.4 when it is released.
We have just pushed a new Studio 2021.10.2 version, packaging the patched Excel 2.11.4. If you are using our Community Edition, it should auto-update. If for any reason it did not auto-update, you can grab it from our Automation Cloud Resources page .
