Hello there,
Is there a way to check the UiPath Assistant’s version from a distant machine ?
Cheers,
Bruno
Hello @bruno40
As per my understanding that is not possible. You will have to go to UiPath assistant to check the version.
Thanks
Hey @bruno40
If the assistant is connected to the orchestrator then the version will be displayed in the Orchestrator under machine sessions.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Hello,
At this moment, we have 79 PCs running the same job :
But, machines section from Settings is empty :

And machines at tenant level contains only six :
So, we miss some assistants !
We live and work in France, those PCs are in Senegal. We would not have to ask every users from there to give us their assistant’s version ![]()
Is this possible to have the assistant’s version thru the job they are running ?
Hey @bruno40
On the machines tab, Just click on the Three dots and select View Sessions or Installed Versions
From which versions can be fetched.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Hi @Nithinkrishna,
Thanks for your answer ! But that won’t help us : the 79 users aren’t listed there
Are you sure, If they are connected to orchestrator - They will be listed for sure.
Also, you need to check in user sessions as well.
Thanks

Another screenshot showing there are actually running jobs on 85 machines :
Where would we found their assistant’s version ? they are not listed in settings>machines (empty) or tenant>machines (6 machines)…
Where are user sessions listed ?
Thanks
Hey @bruno40
You need to click on each machine > View sessions to see multiple users connected inside each machine template.
Kindly as above.
Thanks
