Use Case Description

Major dairy needs to review their rebate calculation, by product, prior to the release of payment. Contract Rebate Accelerators are manually applied as this factor is not stored in the application. Applying automation for streamlining the Rebate and Validation Process across Dairy Customers.
Bot steps include

  1. Logging into a application after receiving an email from the user with the accelerator information and retrieve rebate repot for each customer.
  2. Retrieve rebate percentage from the exported file and pass it to other application to export customer cross validation report.
    Both the reports are consolidated, generate pdf version of the reports which will be further reviewed by the commercial team and release payments to the customers.
