Upgrade fail, now i cant use uipath

Hey there. I’m facing this error when trying to reinstall UiPath. The initial problem that an update failed and i could not use UiPath studio. Then i tried uninstalling uiapth but it didn’t find the directory of the exe. So, i’m trying to install it again, having previously donloaded the new updated file from orchestrator, but it appears an error that you can see in the image. As well, i include the log file if someone can undestand what it says:

Hi,

According to the log, it seems older version Studio cannot be removed.

Hello @Fine_Basil

You could try the following.
Show caution when manually deleting these folders.

  1. Delete this folder if it exists: C:\Program Files\UiPath
  2. Delete this folder if it exists: %AppData%\UiPath and %AppData%\UiPath Assistant
  3. Download and install CCleaner and run a cleanup of files and registry.
  4. Reboot
  5. Try the reinstall again

Yes. i had to unitall it using IObit unistaller, and could install it again successfully. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!
