Unfortunately, Microsoft OCR doesn’t support Windows project.
Can you try to create a project as Windows-Legacy?
Or try to use other OCR engine.

Google Cloud OCR or MS Computer Vision OCR is free up to a certain amount. Can you try this?
Probably they are more accurate than the above OCRs.
