Can't run bat file

I use bat file for set task scheduler as below.

But after double click in bat file.

It not run process.

Please guide me for solve it.

After run bat with .nupkg it error as below.

But if use main.xalm it error as below.

If I run in studio if work normally.

Please guide me for solve it.
