Can't find Ui Element when I look at different app/website

Hi, I have automation running on website and setting is set to run on Background. but the automation keep running into error where it says could not find the ui element. This only happen when I look at different page for example my outlook while the automation is running on chrome website. Note i have the browser setting Background and activity input mode is “Same as Browser”.
Any idea how to resolve this? not really efficient if i have to watch it running and it fails when i look away

Is studioX has headless/GUI? i don’t think so

thats a property in the activity if you are above 23.4 version you should have

or upgrade ui automation package version
