For a web automation in filling input forms im getting cannot find ui element den i later fix it with proper target and strict selectors,then runs successfull and again same issue

Any permanent solution???
One run successfull and next run fails and again success
Just now one run was failed saying cannot find ui element and withouth any changes i ran again and now i got it as successfull…
Any solution on this please?
