I’m trying to setup UiPath at my office (works fine on my machine when at home on a different network) and i’m unable to get the Robot to connect to Orchestrator. I’ve followed the instructions at Redirecting Robots through a Proxy Server and have configured the config files with my proxy server information. When I attempt to connect I get a message box error stating “A task was cancelled”.
As I mentioned, i’m able to connect fine without a proxy. Is there something else I am potentially missing? Is this an issue with the proxy itself and I should be speaking with my internal IT department?
