Can't choice item from SelectedItem

Can anybody help, word which I get by regular expression can find in SelectedItem activity

No I do not want add. Maybe I didn’t answer correctly, sorry. My problems is next/
I read pdf file then by using activity Matches get word which I need.
I have a website and by using Select Item activity should choose an item which match with word which I get from pdf.
The word from pdf and Item exactly match but it doesn’t work. Send me like this error

Message: Cannot select item.It was not found among existing items.
TIP: Some combo-boxes delay load items until its dropdown is expanded. Try to simulate a click on control prior to selecting an item.
I try firstly click then Select but also doesn’t work
