Can't acces Advanced Training

Hello !
I’ve completed Level 1 - RPA Developer Foundation, after this I’ve completed Level 2 - Orchestrator 2018.3 Training and now I can’t enroll to Level 3 - Advanced because I have to complete Level 2 - Orchestrator 2018.2…this is not ok…do I have to complete 2018.2 also?

I tried somehow to enroll, I was reading the first documentation and I’ve close it.Now,I can’t connect again.when I click on the link course fr advanced I got this error : " 403
