Issue Description:
Cannot upgrade in Orchestrator a process published from Studio because the upgrade version button is grayed out and the published version is inactive.
Root Cause:
The package name was changed when it was published to Orchestrator, thus making it a separate new process. In this case, it was normal for the upgrade version button to be grayed out.
Resolution:
- After editing the process name in the project.json file, match the name of the initial package that was published to Orchestrator.
After this change, the process must be published to Orchestrator again with a new version. Once done, the 'Upgrade to latest version' option will be available and the process can be upgraded to the latest version.
