Cannot start a process

hey, i have a school project to do but when i try to create a new process it just says that it cant be opened. my teacher is also not sure about this issue so if anyone knows how to fix this can you help me. Thanks

While creating the process can you change the location from C:\ to D:\ and try? Hope this may help you
