hi @Gokul_Murali

if you are not able to publish

check on below steps
Restart your machine and give a try

just check this out

@Gokul_Murali Are you published to Orchestrator Tenant Feed or Personal workspace.

If your Published to Tenant those Processes are visible in UiPath Assistant, If you published in Personal workspace it will not visible.

Check where you have published the Process.

Hope you understand!!

@mkankatala

Publishing to orch feed only

Showing in orch

But not in robot

One more thing

This is a new process and version is showing as “1.0.50” the reason is that

The new process is a modified old process but a seperate process and i created a new env, process and robot for that

Does this cause the issue

Can you help

In order to see the processes in Assistant for an unattended robot as robot account, check these steps:

Make sure that the machine template is added in a Modern Folder
In the Modern Folder have at least one process added
Have these roles added for your robot account or robot user in Orchestrator UI:

• Allow to be Automation User at the Tenant level
and
• Automation User at the folder level (in the folder(s) where the process is present)

In Orchestrator UI → Tenant → Settings → Robot Security → for Unattended robot authentication select Hybrid and for Attended robot (user) authentication select Interactive Sign-In SSO (Recommended)

Example:

Then go to Tenant → Monitoring → Unattended sessions → find the unattended robot connection in the list → Configure troubleshooting session → provide the desired time for it → go back to Assistant → the processes should be present in the Assistant page

Example:

Note: We strongly recommend to upgrade the robot to a 22.10/23.4/23.10 version and to connect it to Orchestrator via Client ID credentials from a machine template.
