I tried to connect to a robot. I think I have input the correct Machine Key and URL, also, at the bottom of the Orchestrator Setting shows ‘Connected’, but the status of the robot is still ‘Disconnected’.

Did create a machine ? if yes did you set the machine name correctly into de bot?
