We’re in the process of upgrading our Orchestrator to 22.10.0 and have hit a snag. When installing the Action Center, on the “Action Center UiPath Identity Settings” it asks for an Identity Installation Token. Below, it has a link (https://our-orch-tst/identity/management/authsettings) that opens the current orchestrator and also requires you to log in. We use the admin credentials from the old Orchestrator and log in but cannot find a Token or key anywhere. Searched the forum for where it should be and it doesn’t show up in any of the places where the screen shots say it should be.
Where do we get this token?
Hi @Joshua_Burton,
In UiPath Orchestrator version 22.10, the Installation Access Token and Installation Key are no longer used and have been replaced by the License Key. You can find the License Key in the Orchestrator web interface by going to the “Manage” tab and selecting the “License” page.
Here are the steps to find the License Key in UiPath Orchestrator 22.10:
- Open the UiPath Orchestrator web interface in a web browser.
- Click on the “Manage” tab in the top navigation bar.
- In the left-side menu, click on the “License” option.
- On the “License” page, you will see your License Key displayed at the top of the page.
If you are having trouble finding the License Key in the Orchestrator web interface, you can also try checking the “UiPath.settings” file in the “Config” folder of your Orchestrator installation. The License Key is stored in this file and you can open it with a text editor to view the key.
I hope this helps!
The reason this was not showing was that we needed to hit the orchestrator URL from the actual server that the IIS website was running on.
